Odd Occurances

There were two resignations in the entertainment field this week. One was huge, but the other was barely a whisper in comparison. The first was Oprah Winfrey who gave up her show after a 25 year run. Her sway as a media mogul is set while she contemplates her next venture. The talk is that she is going to start a new cable channel. I wish her well in this latest endeavor. The second is the John Kadlecik from Dark Star Orchestra. He was with the band for twelve years since their inception. I know that that this is a really stretch to put the two together in the same vein. They both competed people's souls at a time when they need it most. The latter may not have had the major impact, but it did soften the pain that was left over when Jerry died. Here is a link to the official of his leaving:http://www.darkstarorchestra.net/NEWSITE/HTML/dso.php
